Slow-Cooker Braised Pork Belly and Greens

This delicious meal is extremely versatile and takes very little time to prep. Start with a nice fatty cut of pork, throw in whatever braising greens you like, add an onion, soak with apple cider (sweet or alcoholic) or meat stock, and season to your liking. You can even start with a bag of frozen mixed braising greens and one of frozen pearl onions. I like to also add a tsp of fennel seeds and a half tsp of celery seed. My serving also received a healthy drizzle of sweet chili sauce.
